Welcome to our new Intermediate Plus course: this is our most advanced series at the moment.
We will explore new pops, icarians, h2h, extended f2h, whips and tricky moves like monos and goofy stuff for flows. Yeah!
This course if for acroyogi*nis who have been with us for at least 40+ classes or with equivalent experience, having mastered the pre-requisites below.
Starting on the 17th of January 2024, we will offer a 10-week-series on Wednesday evenings to create fun acroyoga sequences together and bring your skills to the next level!
Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at PERFORM Studio - Mariahilfer Straße 51, im 3. (letzten) Innenhof, 1060 Wien, room “LUNA”.
You don't need a partner to join!
Class Dates (Wednesdays, 19:00-20:30):
January: 17/01, 24/01, 31/01
February: 07/02, 14/02, 21/02, 28/02
March: 6/03, 13/03, 20/03
Classes willbuild on each other but depending on availability you can also join for a drop-in.
Pre-requisites: In order to follow the class you should be familiar with at least 80% of the following pre-requisites. You should be able to do them as a base OR as a flyer, it can be with a spotter for mental support/extra safety, but the spotter is not helping to hold or enter the pose. Please reach out to us if you're unsure:
