HANDSTANDS

Start your handstand journey with us or level up your game :)

We both learned handstands as adults and love sharing our best tips & tricks with you. We like to make the practice light, fun, inclusive and encouraging. Our handstand practice is based on acroyoga and partner acrobatics and we love to work with spotters.

Join us for the following classes:

  • Beginner Course: WEDNESDAY 17:30-18:30

  • Beginner Drop-in Class: FRIDAY 17:00-18:00

  • Open Level Drop-in Class: TUESDAY 17:30-18:30

    Pre-requisites for open level class:

  • Kicking up to the wall without assistance

  • Assisted hold for 30 seconds 

  • Feeling comfortable kicking up and coming down safely in the middle of the room without a spotter (you don’t have to be able to balance yet) 

No experience needed to join the beginner class or course

The drop-in classes are bookable via our class schedule.

The difference between a course and drop-in classes is that courses build progressively on each other.
