Fra & Luigi from Sicily Acro are coming to Vienna for a Multilevel Acroyoga Intensive 🥳
It's a dream come true! Sicily Acro is coming to Vienna to share their love for flows with our community.
Fra & Luigi are the co-founders of the ‘Acrofusion Teacher Training’ and are known for the amazing Sicily Acro Convention and New Year new Trick :) If you don’t know them yet, don’t miss this chance to meet them in Vienna on April 6&7!
Get ready for 10 hours of acroyoga workshops. Different aspects of acroyoga will be covered: flows, whips, pops, icarians and more flows.
The content will be adapted to your level. Please answer the questions about your level in as much detail as possible in the registration form.
We have some prerequisites to ensure you get the most out of the weekend (can be with spotter):
Stable side star (can be with hands)
Basic washing machines: ninja star, four-step
Some experience with pops and soft receptions ;)
Are you more experienced? You will be challenged by the creative minds of these wonderful teachers. The intensive will build progressively to new and more complicated skills.

Saturday April 6:
14:00- 16:30: Acroyoga Workshop 1
Snack break (30 min)
17:00 - 19:30: Acroyoga Workshop 2
30 minutes jam/cooldown
Sunday April 7:
11:00 - 13:30: Acroyoga Workshop 1
Lunch Break (1.5 hours)
15:00 - 17:30: Acroyoga Workshop 2
