Start the new acro year with an Acroyoga Intensive weekend in Vienna :)
🐣🐣🐣 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT UNTIL DECEMBER 10 🐣🐣🐣
Inez is coming to Vienna for the 3th year in row. She is teaming up with Karel to give you a creative, fun and challenging acroyoga experience. Ten hours of workshops spread over 2 days. They will bring their unique combination of skills mixing things up with:
Dance lifts
Whips and Whip-pops
Creative flows including funky entrances, icarians and cool exits
We will have 5h of workshops each day! On Sunday we end with a jam to practice everything you have learned over the weekend. Or stretch out your sore muscles ;)
Saturday 20 January:
14.00 - 16.30: first workshop (2.5h)
16.30 - 17.00: break
17.00 - 19.30: second workshop (2.5h)
Sunday 21 January:
10.00 - 12.30: first workshop (2.5h)
12.30 - 14.00: lunch break
14.00 - 16.30: second workshop (2.5h)
16.30 - 18.00: jam time
All workshops will be multilevel, ensuring that everyone will be able to find the right challenge and support. However, the intensive is not suitable for beginners. You should be comforable with basic washing machines, like ninja star and four-step. Some familiarity with pops is recommended and we encourage practicing basic whips (Tarzan and Back-whip) in the weeks leading up to the intensive. This can be a whip version with hands.
Location: The intensive will take place at Sporthalle Wien, Fuhrmannsgasse 18, 1080 Wien, Austria.
Puzzle mats and crash pads are provided to ensure a safe environment. There are showers and a caferia with option to buy coffee and thee. Food is not included, but you can bring your own snacks/lunch and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the venue (also open on Sunday).

About the Teachers:
Inez & Karel have been teaching for many years with different partners and recently teamed up to teach together.
Their passion for dance acro and lifts has made their acro practice inventive and creative, in a playful original matter.
They love to nerd around movements and integrate 'soft body engagement" from the dance and contact improvisation disciplines into their dynamic and strong acro foundations. Their love for technique and precise alignment details comes with a humorous and playful approach in their classes and workshops.
