They are back after a short break!
The ACROCHICAS (Elisabeth & Fabienne) are teachining again and sharing the magic of acro with you :)
Elisabeth and Fabienne will be teaching a creative and playful flow, full of twists, turns and challenges - suitable to many levels, since they will be showing different variations of difficulty.
This is an open-level workshop, but you shouldn`t be completely new to acroyoga.
Pre-requisites: In order to follow the Workshop you should be familiar with at least 80% of the following pre-requisites. You should be able to do them as a base OR as a flyer, it can be with a spotter for safety, but the spotter is not helping to hold the pose. Please reach out to us if you're unsure:
stable bird and star
tried reverse star
reverse and regular foot-to-hand (low)
bat to star, star to bat
You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

About the teachers:
ACROCHICAS
Elisabeth and Fabienne have been teaching together since 2019, although they had a break due to the pandemic, a knee injury and two kids ;) but now they are back and highly motivated to share their love of acro! You can find them on instagram via acrochicas.vienna
Elisabeth
Elli has been moving her whole life, and switched from a long career in horseback-vaulting to acroyoga in 2015. She is a superstrong ladybase, and a mother of two, and enjoys the connection and the acrobatic side of acroyoga very much. In 2019 she did her teacher training in Greece, after joining lots and lots of workshops and courses.
Fabienne
Fabi comes from a previous career in gymnastics and has found her love for acroyoga in 2015. She loves to play, be it her newfound-hobby of surfing, surf-skating, snowboarding or flying high in Acroyoga. She is a fearless flyer, a perfectionist when it comes to acroyoga poses and a really funny and chilled person to be around. In 2019 she did her teacher training, and she enjoys the community as well as the beauty of acroyoga very much.
