We got you covered in this 2-hour workshop where will break down everything you need to know about how to set-up, enter and hold armbalances.
This is a beginner-friendly class with variations for more experiences practitioners. We also got a more advanced armbalance workshop coming up on July 14th (10:00-12:00).
Hannah & Alexis from Acroyoga Vienna will guide you during this workshop. We will warm-up properly and work on your wrist strength and flexibility. Then we dive into the essentials of some basic arm balances and show you different approaches in a safe and fun way for:
crow pose
side crow
flying splits
tripod headstand
Depending on the wishes and level of the participants we can add other armbalances & inversions suited to your practice!
