A weekly yoga class with Hannah designed to build and foster strong foundations for a sustainable and fun Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice on Tuesday evenings from 18:00-19:00.
Suitable for both complete beginners and those who have done the occasional yoga class, wanting to deepen and strengthen their basics or get back to a regular practice after a break.
In these 60-minutes classes, I will guide you through sun salutations, standing postures, balancing sequences, backbends and deep stretches to open up the body. Creating space in the body = inviting peace of mind :)
We’ll work with different variations and props to make sure that the practice feels good in your body and challenges you in the right way. Please reach out if you have any questions or (past) injuries.
Yoga has many forms and styles, this class focuses on the physical aspect of yoga - we will mainly practice postures (“asana”) with a few minutes of meditation and breathing exercises (“pranayama”) in each session.
Level: “Strong Foundations” and “Beginner” means that the sequences will be simple in terms of shapes - we will not do fancy transitions or poses that require a lot of specific flexibility/strength yet. That being said, also “simple” poses (like a plank or warrior poses) can feel intense. You can expect a calm warm-up, potentially some sweating in the middle and a grounding final relaxation.
15 spots available.
Location: Luv und Lee, Bandgasse 34/3, 1070 Wien.
First class: Tuesday, 17th October 2023
Options to join:
Book the full course as a 10-weeks-series: 130€ per person
Get a drop-in ticket: 16€ per person per class
Click here for booking on Eversports (online payment and registration).
The course is designed as a series so the sessions will build onto eachother. Committing to the 10-week-series will allow you to go deeper and see the effects of the practice more clearly. It also gives me the chance to work with you on a continuous level for adjustments and coaching.
However, I am aware that it is not always possible to commit to 10 weeks in a row so the course is also open for drop-ins, provided there is space :)
Class Dates overview (Tuesdays, 18:00-19:00):

November: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
