Sol & Fer, official Partner Acrobatic Trainers, will share their more creative flows & skills with you over this multilevel acroyoga weekend in Vienna. Expect a lot of laughter, enthousiasm and tons of fun acroyoga flows & moves. They will spice up your weekend with some foot 2 foot, whips, whip-pops & icarians.

They are experienced multilevel teachers, and can adapt the content of the weekend workshops to your level. Wether you are only starting with acroyoga in the last months or looking for more advanced tricks, they got you covered.

Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 June 2025

10:00 - 12:30: Module 1

12:30 - 14:00: lunch & ice cream break

14:00-17:30: Module 2

17:30-19:00: stretching & jam

Pre-requisites

A couple of months of experience with acroyoga (similar to 15 acroyoga classes) and a desire to learn and have fun :)

For more experienced practicioners there will always be options to spice it up and make it more interesting .
