Acroyoga Vienna is excited to announce that the amazing Ammanda and Paulo from Portugal (Sunshine Acro) will come to Vienna for the third year in a row!!! Save the date for 26&27 October and scroll down for their bio and more information.

We look forward to a weekend full of dynamic and fun acroyoga. We will work together to bring you to the next level with a focus on pops & icarian games and fast and creative washing machines.

Early bird tickets are only available for the whole weekend only until October 1.

Preliminary program:

Day 1: Saturday October 26

• Workshop 1 - 11:00-13:30

• Workshop 2 - 14:30-17:00

• Jam time 17:30-18:30

Day 2: Sunday October 27

• Workshops 3 - 11:00-13:30

• Workshop 4 - 14:30-17:00

Please note that this intensive is not suitable for beginners. We have some prerequisites to ensure you get the most out of the weekend (spotters can be there for safety).

• Stable side star (can be with support of the base)

• Star, reverse star (getting in with help of spotter is fine)

• Some experience with pops and receptions as a base

• Stable Ninja Star & Four-Step
