Join us for a new beginner acroyoga series with Hannah & Alexis at Shinergy!
In 10 sessions, we will cover the foundations of Acroyoga to give you all the tools you need to play safely and combine poses into little flows.
The course consists of two blocks, one before Easter and one after, starting on March 4th (all dates see below).
You can book the whole series or join for 5 classes or just a single class.
We meet at Shinergy Base (Lange Gasse 78, 1080 Vienna) on Saturday mornings from 11:00-12:30. There is a nice martial arts room with Tatamis, so we will practice on thicker mats which is both comfortable and safe.
You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

Acroyoga Introduction: A strong foundation
We will teach you good sustainable alignment in all basic postures and build up the mobility and strength you need to be ready to combine poses. You will learn how to base, fly and spot in addition to improving your overall communication and movement skills.
Block 2 (5 classes): Saturday from 11:00-12:30

Acroyoga Beginner Plus: Finding flow
This part of the course is all about finding smooth transitions and getting creative with combining poses into little sequences (called flows). We continue introducing postures and encourage you to try out new combinations.
Energy exchange (per person):
5-class pass: 100€
Full series (10x): 180€
Drop-in: 25€ per class
Shinergy members: 90€/160€/20€
Individual classes are possible if we have space (please sign up before!).
Acroyoga is a beautiful mix of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage techniques that helps you expand your body and your mind. We will focus on a style called L-basing which typically involves a base balancing a flyer on feet or hands and a spotter to keep everyone safe.
Each class includes
- a good warm up
- introduction of new postures
- time to revisit and practice previous ones
- explanations on how to link them in flows
There will also be a WhatsApp group you can join to share questions and get feedback about your practice during the week.
